 2 SillyYaks Gluten Free Pasta Co. is an idea my two children had one day after taking a bite of their favorite meal of fettucini alfredo. They simply said, "Mommy, you should sell these noodles!" Two years later, we are embarking on an adventure with their idea at heart. Our family is made up of two celiacs, one Aspy kid and one neurotypical male.
