So many pastas to avoid. All you gluten free foodies out there will really appreciate my issues with the run of the mill GF pastas available to the general public. Our choices are either rice noodles (which taste like wet dog to me) or some variants of corna and quinoa which are tolerable but near plastic in consistency. Now before you all start to get grumpy about my last comment, think really hard about being six years old and smelling that wonderful homemade mac and cheese. POOF! Gone from the GF reality...or at least sadly missing from the GF section of the local grocery store. So I hope you take the time to read through my recipe and duplicate it. You won't be sorry. In the meantime, I am officially on the hunt for all things GF that you DON'T have to make at home. Yep- working mom's this one is for you. I am on the hunt to make gluten free easy....
